An update on upcoming schedule for Ladies League Play, 3-Hole Club and Ladies Academy. Next week,Tuesday, September 3^rd, the golf course will be closed due to AERIFICATION. We will not have 3-Hole Club, nor Ladies Academy next week. League Play will resume on September 10^th, and 3-Hole Club and Ladies Academy will resume Tuesday, September 17^th! All 3-Hole Club-ers are invited to come out to play Holes 16-18 on the 10^th despite no instruction that morning. 

Also, a reminder that Ladies Member Guest is coming up on Tuesday, October 1^st, so grab your partner and get signed up! You can respond to this message, or sign up in the Golf Shop. We also have our James River Ladies Invitational on October 8^th, which is a great way to invite ladies from other clubs to experience what James River has to offer!

JRCC State Team, Club Championship, Member Guest and Results

Thank you to Elise Wall, Jennifer Stevens, Sandy Schuler, Becky Kelly, Barbara Deyong and Becky Adams for representing JRCC for the VSGA State Team 2019.  Although the team was denied the chance to compete this year in Williamsburg, they hosted and competed with Piankatank in a home and away last weekend.

Ladies Club Championship, Friday & Saturday, August 23^rd – 24^th

Don’t forget to sign up for the Ladies 36-hole Club Championship! We have 7 ladies already signed up, and if we continue to grow, we will have multiple flights for Gross and Net winners! We’d love to have you play! You can respond to this email, or pop in the Golf Shop to put your name on the sheet by tomorrow afternoon!

Ladies Member-Guest

A new date has been finalized for the re-scheduled Ladies Member-Guest: Tuesday, October 1^st, 2019! We are very excited to host this event and will share more details as we get closer, but it will certainly be a 9:00amShotgun event, followed by reception, lunch, awards & prizes! We hope to create a fun environment where all ladies can participate and enjoy the camaraderie and competition. If you have any comments or suggestions, please let us know.
